9 Sim Lane is a lot in Neighborhood 2 in The Sims: Livin' Large. It is home to the Mashuga Family and is the only occupied lot in Neighborhood 2.
The lot contains a medium-sized, octagonal house with very brightly colored flooring and wall coverings. On the back of the lot lies a large patio area with an exercise machine and a large swimming pool. There is a small water fountain next to the patio. Pink Flamingos, sculpted bushes, and hedges are dotted across the yard.
The house features a large, green-colored room with a small kitchen and some plants. Placed to the right of that room is a living area with a sofa, a leopard-skin carpet, a mini-bar, a cheap bookcase and a Tragic Clown-painting. The lot's bathroom features a bathtub, a standing mirror, a toilet, a sink and a golden statue wearing briefs. Sylvia and Frankie's bedroom features a tiki-styled dresser, a sofa and a heart-shaped bed.
