The Alien Crash Site is a residential lot in the console version of The Sims 2 in Strangetown (or Strangeville[1]). This lot can be unlocked by satisfying the player's and Chantal Leer's gold and platinum wants in Tranquility Falls.
The residents are XY-XY Smith, XHT-F Smith and Jonas Bragg. XY-XY and XHT-F are friends with a +60 relationship. Jonas does not get along with either Alien as he is enemies with them, having a -25 relationship with both.
Layout[edit | edit source]
The lot is in the desert, and is quite big, since it contains two houses. The lot has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in XY-XY and XHT-F's home. There's also 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom in Jonas' trailer. In the back yard there's a crater with a crashed UFO giving off a beam which holds up a bridge and there's a hologram of a home covering the building. There's an Air Tub located on the bridge, which can be bought if you have enough Aspiration Points. If you buy a telescope and stand outside and stargaze at night long enough, you will be abducted and brought back in a few days. Often, you can see a U.F.O flying around the area during the day and night. The fridge on this lot is the most advanced in the game with added ingredients, as well as the most advanced computer.
Goals[edit | edit source]
The main goal at the Alien Crash Site is to help XY-XY build a friendship with Jonas by completing his Gold Wants. After completing XY-XY's and the player's wants, the Bio Dome will be unlocked. The player can move there by using the taxi Call Box at the edge of the lot, near the road. There is also a side goal to unlock the bonus location Andromeda Arms by helping XHT-F with her Gold Wants.
