The parents of the Alto Family were seen in the 'The Heist' trailer; they were arguing with each other because the man (Mr. Alto) let his sloppy side show. This suggests that perhaps they are an argumentative family and could also give a hint towards their traits. It seems that they have a feud with the Landgraab Family (perhaps a business feud).
