Arson Andy is a minor character in The Sims 2 for NDS. He will appear alongside Crime Spree Bob when he decides to wreak havoc in Strangetown with his gang. He is one of three sidekicks of Crime Spree Bob, the other two being Larceny Larry and Vandal Randall. Each member of the gang appear to have the same face as Bob minus the glasses and hair colour.
