Baxter is a pre-made male orphan cat who appears in every neighborhood that is updated with the secret sub-neighborhood Pets, which is shipped with The Sims 2: Pets expansion pack. He can be adopted by using the telephone to call the Pet Adoption Service. Baxter is an adult Russian Blue. His interests are Eating, Playing, Spooky Things, Sleeping, and Animals. He has not learned any commands, however in terms of behavior, he is disruptive, filthy, and goes on furniture.
