Lord Bernard Escargot Shallot IV 1864 - 1898. When someone reads the painting it says "Born Rich enough to be thought 'eccentric' rather than 'crazy'". Lord Bernard's artistic temper sadly outweighed his artistic skill. Forced to wed for money, his marriage to Lady Mimsy eventually grew into a passionate affair that inspired many enthusiastic, although technically lacking, paintings.

Bernard will be playable if you add him to the household if you do the interaction "invite to household (it'll only work if your sim had a relationship of 95 or above)" or, type in Ctrl + Shift + C and shift click him and an interaction will say "Add to household."
