Betty Yeti is an NPC who is added in The Sims: Vacation. She is the mascot in winter lots.

Betty cannot be interacted with, and her only job is to entertain kids on vacation. Not much is known about her since her only appearance is in The Sims: Vacation and it is not known what she looks like under her suit.
She made a second appearance in The Sims: Superstar as the titular character in a 1960s movie. This makes it likely that she was based on the movie character King Kong.
In this classic pulp movie from the Sixties, the friendly Betty Yeti is turned into a rampaging monster when she comes in contact with radioactive waste from a SimCity military waste facility. The radioactivity causes her to grow to enormous size and sends her on a berserk rampage. In this particular poster, she is pictured climbing one of many SimCity windmills. During the conclusion of the film, scientists find a way of reversing the mutation and thus restore her to her usual affable self."
