'''Billy Caspian''' is a faded artist living in [[Riverview]], the second town in ''[[The Sims 3]]'' (via [[The Sims 3 Store]]). His mentor, [[Hank Ferdinand]], guided Billy to his [[artistic]] skills, but the story shows he disappeared. The gravestone for Hank in the cemetery reveals that he died of starvation. Billy seems somewhat lost and is trying to become the artist that Hank used to be. He has 4four points in the [[Painting (The Sims 3)|painting skill]]. He has a very muscular body, but oddly no [[Athletic (skill)|athletic]] skill.
