Bobby Dolan is a pre-made firefighter living in Roaring Heights. At the start of the game, he is a single Young adult. Due to some glitch, when made playable he has no traits.

Oftentimes his wishes at the start of the game are focused on some form of logic or astronomy, and much of the time at the start of the game he desires to begin a career in either politics, science, or the military. 

His eyes are a strange hue of light pinkish-brown, and he has dark brown hair and similarly colored brows. His skin is quite pale with a pink undertone. His everyday clothes are a checked yellow shirt with a tie and vest, and black sacks with a black cap.
