Bro is a Social Trait that was introduced in The Sims 4. "These Sims can Bro Hug other Bros, gain Confidence around other Bros, and become Energized from Watching Sports."

Despite what the name of the trait seems to imply, Sims of either gender can have the Bro trait. Also, despite what the description says, they become Happy when "Hanging with Bros" rather than Confident. It is unknown whether this is an error in the description or the coding of the trait itself.
