She can be made playable by befriending and asking her to move in, or by [[marry]]ing her. '''The Diva aka Chloe Startor''' is the female counterpart to [[Mr. Big]] from ''[[The Sims 2: Nightlife]]''. She has all of Mr. Big's qualities with minor changes. Her personality is Scorpio, and she wears a black variant of a Maxis formal dress with gloves and a scarf, normally available in gold and red. She will usually be employed in [[Slacker]] career track, level 10. Cara is the Diva, one of the few special downtownies. As the Diva, she has no nice points, but she has 10 outgoing points. Going on these outings can earn the Sim many friends, which can be very beneficial to their career although wooing her in the first place can be tougher than regular Sims. Cara's name is randomized when Downtown is generated. The name "Cara Livingston" is only referenced in the game files. Ironically, she has an extremely low interest in money, even though she's one of the richest Sims in the game and her [[Aspiration (The Sims 2)\|aspiration]] is [[Fortune]].
