Carrie the Mail Carrier is the mail carrier in The Sims. She delivers the bills every three days at 3 PM. She can't be interacted with in any way, as she is an NPC.

Carrie has dark skin and has brown hair. She wears red lipstick and wears a typical blue post woman's outfit, as well as a blue hat. She whistles a tune every time she comes, similarly to Nancy the Paper Girl.

Bills delivered by Carrie can be avoided if she is deleted using the move_objects on cheat before she puts the mail in the letterbox, which is recommended if the lot only has children, as children cannot pay bills and this will prevent a visit from the Repo man.
