Chip Snooty Patooty is part of the Maxis-made Snooty Patooty Family, which was once available for downloaded from the official website for The Sims. However, Buffy, her husband and the house that they live in can still be downloaded from this page at The Sims Depot.

Both Chip's and his wife's bio indicates that they are rather snooty, which seems to be reflected in the family's name and their lack of nice points. Chip and Buffy live together in a mansion and are quite wealthy.

Interestingly, he shares his name and appearance with Chip the Dancer from The Sims: House Party, though it is unclear what connection (if any) is intended to exist between the two.

He has short curly blondish hair and (Ironically), wears a red shirt with brown pants, identical to the one worn by the very poor Ulysses T. Hatfield from the downloadable Hatfield family.
