Some extra skins included with Livin' Large and Deluxe Edition were not included with The Sims: Complete Collection ([[Talk: Compilations of The Sims|what items specifically?]]). Likewise, some of the Official Downloads sets are missing parts, such as the ''Green Bedroom Set'', which originally included a clothes drawer. The missing files can be re-added manually and are still compatible. The reason for their exclusion is unknown.
An alternative revision named "The Complete Collection of The Sims" was released in the UK, and contains ''The Sims: Triple Deluxe'' along with all additional expansion packs on individual discs. This 12-disc compilation allows the user to install the expansion packs individually.
