Just like the other residents of Sedona, he starts unemployed. When first played, Phil will be 29 days from being an elder. According to his memories, he was abducted and impregnated while he was a teen.
He's the only sim in Sedona who has a positive memory of being abducted by aliens. All the other sims have a negative memory for that.
