Florence Delarosa came to Bluewater Village and started a flower shop in her own home. She is very skilled in Flower Arranging, and starts with a bronze talent badge in it. Due to her shyness, she lives alone and lacks friends. She also appears to be an intelligent woman, and has a passion for learning due to her being a knowledge Sim.
