Desk Clerk Claudette is an NPC who appears in The Sims: Vacation. She is one of two desk clerks on Vacation Island, the second being Desk Clerk Chloe. She will check in any adult sim that arrives at a hotel as well as check them out once they leave the hotel.
She will only stand at the front desk and like most Vacation Island NPCs cannot be interacted with in any way.
