The Eclectic Arts household is a pre-made household residing in StrangerVille, the world introduced in The Sims 4: StrangerVille. It consists of three roommates Alice Martin, Mark Eggleston, and Leslie Holland. They live in the Dream Weavers Way lot and start off with 20,000 Simoleons. Despite the household bio mentioning that the three members are friends, they are only acquaintances in-game.

The three members of the household are described to be highly creative, who have decided to cut ties with the modern world. The reason for such actions is the passion to explore their inner creativity, which most likely wouldn't be possible for them in a more busier town. All of the members had received a large sum of money from their parents, which they had spent on a move to StrangerVille. However, it seems that this move may have been a bad idea, as Leslie has gotten infected. In the official comic series for StrangerVille Alice is also seen as the Sim who wants to solve the mystery and bring the town back to a normal state.
