Edward Dregg

Pirate Captain Edward Dregg is a male ghost that appears on Twikkii Island in The Sims 2: Bon Voyage and in Buccaneer Cove on Wanmami Island in The Sims Castaway Stories. He comes out of the captain's cabin on the pirate ship after your Sim has plundered it several times during the night, and he'll hang around on the ship for a while afterward. If a Sim raises their relationship with him, he'll teach the Sim how to sing a sea chantey. This will add the vacation memento "Learned a Sea Chantey." However, the only interactions for him is to tell jokes and admire him, though he probably won't accept the admire interaction right away.
If you look in SimPE, you will see that he has 1 skill point in both cooking and creativity, 6 skill points in mechanical, charisma, and cleaning, 3 in logic, and 7 in body.
Female Sims can have a baby with him only by the tombstone of L and D and can fall in love by Sim modder. If he is added to the household by shift clicking on him and having a relationship with him he can propose marriage to her.
