Faline is the youngest cat in the Kat Family, which appeared in the Pets expansion pack of The Sims 2. Her owner is Tara. Her memories include meeting Tara, Mickey, and Samantha. She is 5 days from becoming an adult cat.

She has not learned commands yet. Her personality is a balance between Genius-Doofus, Aggressive-Cowardly, Pigpen-Finicky, but distinguishable by her Hyper and Friendly personality. Her name may be a pun of "Feline" as she is a cat.

Trivia

Often overlooked is the fact that Faline - as a kitten, rather than an adult cat, and therefore not possible to create in CAS - is the only pre-made, playable characer to begin the game in the baby (or animal equivalent) life stage in the entire Sims franchise to date (though there are other puppy and kitten NPCs available for adoption in the same game).
