Plot summary[edit | edit source]

Oliver jumpstarts his private investigating services and takes on a new client. Eloise makes a new friend. In the midst of his legal battle, Nick Alto is placed on house arrest and relies on Vita to help fight his battles. Steve Pearce returns to Bridgeport.
