Alva Delgapho is a Sim residing in Riverview, with his wife Iva, and children. He is the grandfather of the wealthy Henrietta Goth.

Biography

A man constantly at work, Alva often neglected his spousal duties. He and his wife didn't always have a lovely relationship, but they managed to make it pass many difficulties.

Alva loved to fish, almost more than loved work. Every day before and after work he could be found fishing at the pond in the Delgapho Family farm's front yard. He also loved relaxing in the hot tub with his wife, giving them quality time together.

Alva's greatest possession was his motorcycle, named after his favorite biblical character, Ezekiel. Alva drove Ezekiel to and from everywhere, even work. His family was often embarrassed that he rode a motorcycle, and the townfolk laughed at him, but Alva didn't care. When he was on Ezekiel, he care and worry free.

The Sims 3

Alva resides with his family in a farm on the outskirts of Riverview. His relationship with his wife has been strained recently, her wanting him to work in the garden with her, him preferring to rest after work. The couple argued almost daily. The only happy time they received was when they were in the hot tub together.

When Alva arrived home from work one day, he was greeted to the sight of Iva and Luke McDermott relaxing together in the hot tub. Not even considering the possibility of an affair, Alva jumped in the hot tub and joined them. That evening, Iva confessed her adultery to Alva. He was heartbroken, having thought his wife would never do such a thing.

The two slept in separate beds for a few days, before Alva decided he wanted to reconcile with his wife. The two slowly pieced together the broken pieces of their relationship. One day after work, Alva actually helped Iva out in the garden, fulfilling her dream.
