Bianca is a pre-made Sim in The Sims 2 but she was recreated for The Sims 3. She is well known as the daughter of Patrizio Monty and Isabella Monty, sister of Antonio and Claudio, mother of Leonardo and Kaiya, step-mother of Palmira and wife of Teodor Medina.
She had a close relationship with her childhood best friend, Kent Capp. Her parents disapproved of their friendship and banned them from seeing each other. A few years later, Bianca developed feelings for Kent and realized that their friendship couldn't go on considering the feud between their families.
Bianca eventually met Teodor who was recently divorced and a single father. Her parents approved of this relationship andthey decided to get married. They got married when Palmira was only a toddler and they had two children together, Leonardo and Kaiya.
Florita, Teodors ex-wife is enemies with Bianca due to realizing the mistake she made having an affair with Alfonso and wanting to take Teodor back and repair the relationship with her daughter.
