Daughter of Two Legends

’Calypso’ was the number one hit song of the world famous band, Fil and the Rox – and also the name of their last album. The frontman, Phil Thompson, announced the break-up of the band when he found out his wife was pregnant. They gave the name Calypso to their firstborn – and so Fil and the Rox gave the exact same name to their last.

But what’s with the unusual name of choice?
Once upon a time their was a dying witch, who shared her wisdom with an ordinary suburban girl. The witch’s name was Calypso, the girl’s name was Kitty.
Kitty Carter, now vice-president of the Witches’ Council and wife of Phil Thompson, the ex rock star.

Brothers and Sisters

Somewhy everybody forgets that Calypso has a twin sister, Vanilla, who she loves very much but the feeling is definitely not mutual. Vanilla thinks no one likes her. Well, her father didn’t write a song about her so she might be right.

Then there is Matt. He is in a boy band, about to get famous but not because his father was a legend and he is trying to prove that he is not living in his shadow and can achieve great things too.

Ky and Xera. Twins. Kind of weird kids actually. They don’t talk much. They just stare at you and then you’ll have nightmares for days. It’s like they can see right into your soul. Creepy.

And last but not least, Petra Delma. Who must be the wisest 8-year-old of all time. She must be some sort of a reincarnation of Calypso, the witch. If that’s a real thing because if not than she isn’t.
