Cecelia Pleasant is a teen sim living in Bluewater Village. She is the unwanted daughter of Angela Pleasant and Don Lothario, niece to Lilith Pleasant and Dirk Pleasant, granddaughter of Mary-Sue Pleasant and Daniel Pleasant, and cousin of Anthony Pleasant and Dahlia Pleasant. She is currently dating her aunt's husband's half-brother Zack Dreamer and is enemies with his twin sister Annita Dreamer.

Biography

Early Life

Cecelia was the unintended result of a casual fling between Angela Pleasant and Don Lothario. Angela fell in love with Don shortly after Cecelia's conception and moved with him to Bluewater Village in a near-replica of his Condo in Pleasantview. Don was initially opposed to the idea of living with Angela but reluctantly let her stay after she discovered her pregnancy.

Once the baby was born, both parents, although initially thrilled, lost their delight for the baby once they realized the impact she was having on their daily lives. Everyday the baby was given love less and less and when it grew into a toddler it hardly received any care from its parents. Due to the meagre amount of money they had Angela and Don could only afford so much as a crib and changing table for the youngster although Don hardly spent any time with the baby and gave the chores to Angela to spend time on the phone talking, and, when Angela was at work, to invite over some ladies to spend time with. Cecelia grew up wondering why "Dada" always brought home different women.

Childhood and Adolescence

Once Cecelia transitioned into childhood the nightmares began for Don and Angela. The Condo only had enough room for one couple and they didn't have the money to renovate, so Cecelia was forced to sleep on the couch in the living room. Cecelia became bookish and often read stories of fairytales and the occasional happy family, which often caused her to wonder why she was never receiving any attention.

When Angela was fired from her job as an Assistant Coach she went down and gave Cecelia a hefty barrage of yelling from bad mood, at which Cecelia broke down in tears and ran away to her aunt Lilith.

Once Cecelia was a teenager she began to act out and lashed out at her parents severely whenever the opportunity arose. She stomped flowers, smashed dollhouses, and got a job as a pickpocket, pilfering Sims from their money. She began to fail at school and often fought with her parents.

Cecelia met Zack Dreamer in a park. Although initially hostile to him, Cecelia warmed up to Zack after finding out he was her aunt's husband's half-brother, and they began to date a few months later.

When Zack brought Cecelia home to his house one day she met his overbearing twin sister Annita Dreamer. Annita and Cecelia did not get off to good terms as Zack had feared and became bitter enemies after a conversation gone awry. They have contradicting opinions on each other: Annita sees Cecelia as a bad influence on her twin brother and Cecelia thinks Annita is stuck up.

Personality and Skills

Cecelia is bitter, cynical, and rebellious, scarred from years of neglect and poor living conditions. She is hostile and rude to nearly every Sim she meets and doesn't back down from a fist fight. She is quick to anger and often takes out her anger at the world on her parents and enemies. This has earned her a bad reputation around the neighborhood and difficulties in applying for college. She loves money, a desire stemming from her poverty, and is not above stealing to gain some cash.

Cecelia has no apparent talents, except perhaps a gift (or just tendency) for knowing mean insults and knowing where to hit her opponent.

Despite being downright mean to those she meets, Cecelia is capable of love, as shown when spending time with her boyfriend, and when in the company of her aunt, whom she believes is the only person who can truly understand her as they've had to go through similar hardships.
