The Dee family is a fanon family created by Bakerychaz. It consists of 8 adopted children who were adopted by a man named Peter Dee. Peter drowned, and his sister Carol Dee decided to adopt the children. The children all have different individual personalities. Everyone in the family except Carol thinks Gwendoline is so stupid, but Gwendoline is about the smartest sim you could ever meet.

Onomatology

Dee - a pun on "adoptee", which was shortened to "tee", which was then shortened to "dee".
