Peter was born to Felicity Dee (née Ada) and Peter Dee, Sr. Peter had one sibling, younger sister Carol Dee. When Peter Jr. and Carol were children, their parents took them on a trip to Champs Les Sims, where Peter, Jr. learnt Photography. As a teen, Peter was an A+ student and was on the honor roll.
Once he became an Adult, Peter adopted a son, Mike Dee. After Mike's adoption, Peter adopted twins, Maryann and Roger Dee. After their adoption, Peter adopted more and more children. They were Nicholas, Ella, Frank, Gwendoline and Olivia Dee. Peter loved his children so much.
One day, Peter went to the public pool and had Carol babysit the kids. When he was in the pool, Peter sadly drowned in the pool, which caused sadness in his house. Carol decided to look after the children herself. Gwendoline treasured her father and honoured him. She decided to make him proud by becoming a successful scientist.
Peter now haunts Carol and his children's house in the backyard. Carol bought a mausoleum and turned her backyard into a graveyard. Peter, Felicity and Peter Sr are buried there. Peter was famous in Pleasantview, and was known for being the only sim in history to adopt more than six children.
