Dusty Hogg is a character from The Urbz: Sims in the City, and The Sims 2 for gba, that i remade using The Sims 4 create a sim. He resides in the Daisy Hovel lot in Willow Creek. He is usually seen standing outside around his house talking to his neighbours. He is currently in a Feud with his nextdoor neighbour's the Melton Family. When he is at home, he usually can be found on his computer 'Trolling Teh Forums'.

Although he has the attire of a scary bikey, he is actually a ver nice person who is still disliked by many for his look. He has been pondering whether he should change his look completely.
