Euphrosyne Ulett is the daughter of Tybalt and Rosaline Ulett and twin sister of Valeria Ulett. She lives with her parents, sister, and grandmother Constance in the Ulett ancestral home in Veronaville.
As Euphrosyne is only a toddler, not much is known about how she might play into the Capp/Monty feud. Her personality seems to be closer to her mother's than her father's, tending towards shy, serious, and nice.
Euphrosyne and her sister have the same headshot poses as Angela Pleasant and Lilith Pleasant. This makes me want to play up the resemblance, though hopefully not by making them enemies to each other.
