Valeria Ulett is the daughter of Tybalt and Rosaline Ulett and younger twin sister of Euphrosyne Ulett. She lives with her parents, sister, and grandmother Constance in the Ulett ancestral home in Veronaville.
As Valeria is still a toddler, not much is known about how she might play into the Capp/Monty rivalry. Like her sister, she seems to be closer to Rosaline than Tybalt in personality, but is less shy and more serious.
Valeria and her sister have the same headshot poses as Angela Pleasant and Lilith Pleasant. This makes me want to play up the similarities, though hopefully not by making them enemies with each other.
