Henry Houwdegen is the oldest son of Count Radbout Houwdegen and Royal Consort Samantha. He has two younger brothers Petrus and Jacob and a half-brother Phillip Houwdegen. Henry is the husband of Genesis Lam and the father of their twins John and Samantha. 

Biography

Child- and adulthood in The Sims Medieval

Henry grew up in wealth at the Kings castle. He took his royal tasks very serious, but when he discovered he hasn't royal blood he was disinherited from the throne. He was a born leader with vengful feelings towards the king. He's also jealous at Prince William II, the kings son, because he was the only rightful heir of the throne. Henry never could forgive his father because he lied to him and doesn't care his father left the kingdom. However, he was still loyal to his brothers because he thought they felt betrayed too and he has to carry for them as the oldest brother.

Adulthood in The Sims 2

Loki Beaker invented a Time Machine, but the test failed and turned out into a disaster. Henry, Petrus, Jacob and Phillip appeared in Loki's laboratory. The medieval brothers didn't know what happened. First, there were celebrating Petrus's engagement and then they appeared in a strange room. Loki had been observating them for a few months. After they learned about 'the new word', they left Loki's laboratory and bought a house in Strangetown.

A new life, new chances. Henry still wanted to be someone with authority. So, he started a career in the military career track. The four brothers were working hard and Henry decided to hire Genesis Lam to clean the house. Henry and Genesis got along and it was Genesis who consoled Henry after Jacob's death. They got in love and married at the same day as Petrus and his girlfriend Marga. Genesis got pregnant and gave a birth to twins. John and Samantha.

• Henry is an ancestor of the Fischer family in Desiderata Valley and the Williams-Houwdegen family in Veronaville.
• However, Henry is the oldest brother, all the brothers got the same age. This is possibly an effect of the Time Machine Accident.
