Joseph William "Joey" Broke is the only son of Dustin and Mona Broke. He lives in Pleasantview with his parents. He is dating Rose Dreamer. He is the role model of Paddy Hutchworth.
Childhood[edit | edit source]
Joey was an only child. His favourite childhood past time was eating crayons and playing with his teddy bear. He curbed his crayon-eating habit when he was six.
Joey never really focused during school, much to his parents' annoyance. Joey has a childhood grudge against fish and geese. When he was 7, his dad let him hold a fish, and it didn't go down too well with him.
Another time, when he was 9, a goose bit him. He hates geese with a burning passion.
Teen life[edit | edit source]
After hearing about the break-in of the Dreamer house, Joey befriended Rose Dreamer, much to everyone's disbelief. Because of Drew and Ellen, the Dreamer children weren't very popular.
Six months later, the Dreamer family nearly lost Lilith in a house fire. This incident damaged Rose deeply. It was deep enough for Rose to turn cold on Joey. Around two years later, Joey got the two talking again, and they went steady.
