Kenji Michards is one of the headmasters in Flower City. The other two headmasters are Vincent Strangetown and Dirk Mendoza. Kenji can be made playable by befriending and asking him to move in, or by marrying him.

Kenji's biggest interests are politics and sci-fi. Despite having the appearance of an elder, Kenji is actually an adult. According to his SimDNA in SimPE, his hair was brown before it turned grey. Kenji is 18 days away from being an elder, when the game is first played.

He has the same unused hairstyle as Beau Broke when he grows into a child.
