Biography
Lyla Vandermorgan has a past that she would like to keep hidden, she is really Lyla Grunt, and has changed her name to keep her abusive husband and her children from finding her...
Lyla Vandermorgan (formerly Grunt) is a Sim living in Oasis Springs. She is Lyla Grunt and it is explained what happened to her, Lyla never died like it said, and she faked her death to escape the abusive Buzz Grunt and to start a new life away from her children. Lyla got a fresh start as she started dating Don Lothario and is pregnant with his child. In Lyla's early stages of pregnancy, Olive Specter shows up unannounced and tells Lyla that her family has discovered that she is still alive and they are all on Lyla's trail, leading Lyla to realise that even though her new life is beginning, it could end very soon.
On The Run
Olive tells Lyla the story of what happened, but can't remember how Buzz found out. Buzz now hates Olive because of how she helped Lyla fake her death. A worried Lyla breaks up with Don to keep him safe, as Buzz has always hated men who have dates or flirted with Lyla. After breaking up with Don, Lyla, saddened by her desicion, but happy that Don is left out of the situation, slumps away from the house where Don lives. Despite the fact that they both fear that Buzz will eventually track them down, Lyla and Olive live well together and become good friends.
