Michael Levensbury was raised in less than fortunate conditions under the roof of the lowly-levelled Levensbury family. His father was an unprofitable baker; his mother a common strumpet and he—well—one couldn't reference Michael Levensbury badly, in all honesty. His intellect was visible from an early age as he outsmarted all of his classmates; he professed skill in chess, in draughts and in most other logic games, and even more-so, he had increased the profit of his father's business a hundredfold. Some men called it luck; others called it genius. What did Michael call it? Means for affordability.
He quickly purchased a skyscraper apartment in Bridgeport away from the rough areas he had been brought up in, became accustomed to the life of high society and, through means of low cunning, swindled Richie Striker from his home, became legal guardian of his son and married his wife. Thus ended the line of Striker.
He has lived at the bottom; he has seen the terror which capitalists can ensue upon the poor, and therefore he wishes to overthrow the monarchy of society...all in secret, of course.
