The Munch Family is a woman named Lieutenant Joan Munch residing in Moonlight Bay on The Sims 3 for Console. She only had a child John Nelson, Jr. and she already put a divorce paper to a judge and criminal John Nelson, Sr. did not come to sign for some reason. The judge ordered Lieutenant Lueoen get John in jail and Judge Jerry Miunche will arraign him in the morning.
