Otto Subject is a the older twin child born to Hector and Annie Subject. He is very young (only having recently become a child along with his brother), so he has no developed skills yet. He seems to have inherited a balanced mix of both his parents' personalities, taking on his father's cleanliness, and his mother's grouchiness. However it is strange that he has average activeness given that both his parents have very high activeness.

Note that his name could be a seen as a pun of "other subject".
