Paisley Rosewood is a teenage two-star celebrity Sim residing in Brindleton Bay. She lives with her mother Lindsey Rosewood and her adoptive sister Holly Rosewood. Her biological father is Brent Hecking, but she does not know who her father is as she was the result of a relationship that ended due to her mother's pregnancy. She is currently dating Billie Blackwell. She has the Influencer and Corporate Partnership celebrity perks as well as the Public Number fame quirk.

Paisley is a teen who is 4 days away from becoming a young adult. She is a level 2 fast food employee (Fry Cook) and has three skill points in media production, one skill point in cooking, and one skill point in charisma. She also self-identifies as a Simtube influencer.

Although her hair is black, she does have blonde eyebrows, meaning that she likely dyed her hair. She is dressed in a pink and black ensemble inspired by the 2004 teen comedy movie Mean Girls.

Paisley dislikes her mother, Lindsey Rosewood. The two get into frequent arguments as she is a typical rebellious teenager. She also dislikes her sister, Holly Rosewood. She and Billie Blackwell are lovebirds. She is friends with fellow teens Otto Blackwell, Melantha Lynn, and Linnea McBride. She is acquaintances with Carter Blackwell and his wife Anne Blackwell.

Paisley is the leader of the Sk8r Kidz club along with Billie Blackwell, Linnea McBride, and Adam Holman.
