When Sebastian married Ella and not someone of Catarina's approval , she removed him from her will completely and since the authorities hadn't found Francesca, Catarina was forced to leave it to cousin Sofia. However, cousin Sofia has still not returned from her space trip (presumably dead). So, Precilla was the only one left. But, she wasn't going to leave her husband for the dynasty ! Last she heard, Catarina has adopted an "heir".

Precilla Vanderburg is a pre-made Townie sim in the custom world of Hampshire. She is slotted into a penthouse lot with her husband and son.

She works as a featured actress at the backlot, her husband is a director at that backlot.

Based on her appearance, it is obvious that she has similarities to the Vanderburg Family in Hidden Springs and to Sofia Vanderburg in Lunar Lakes.

Due to a future  timeline, her biography states that Catarina has adopted an heir for the Vanderburg Dynasty.

She has a very strong relationship with her husband and son. She is also friends with some other Sims.

She has a variety of skillls and may end up being a role-sim in the game. This is due to her variety of skills.
