Rusty Camacho is an adult living in Appaloosa Plains in the Pacer Place house. He is the husband of Elyviel Camacho and the father of twins Mary Jane (female) and Jake (male). Originally he wanted to become an astronaut, but after meeting Elyviel he decided to take up a part-time job instead as a Spa Receptionist. He graduated from Dribbledine Sports Academy.

Adulthood

After graduating, Rusty was still dreaming of becoming the best firefighter known to simkind (refer to Trivia section to avoid confusion), so he was a firefighter for most of his adult life. He was pretty well known and started to become a sort of womanizer and was in relationships with some women. It wasn't until a small accident that he settled down. He was called to Pacer Place to deal with a relatively small house fire and met Elyviel. He chose her as his next target and even Elyviel tried to become "more than friends" with him. Eventually, Elyviel was the best woman he had ever sought and actually fell in love with her. He proposed marriage to her and she accepted. It was all going well and became even better when they found out that Elyviel was pregnant with twins! Rusty bought both of them pregnancy books for them to read. They together prepared for their marriage, for they knew the baby was coming soon.

Right after they kissed to marry, Elyviel went into labour and he had to take her to the hospital. They both really wanted boys, but to their surprise it was first a girl and then a boy! They decided it was more suitable to have the mix. While Jake was a baby he was the one who took care of him and switched to Mary Jane when they turned into toddlers. In his other free time, he upgraded four of the items in the house so they self-cleaned.
