Stefanie Grisham is a Sim created by NikolaSims, and is the main character of the fanon "I See Ghosts". She inherited a gift from her grandmother, that allows her to communicate with ghosts and help them to cross over to the world where they belong. She gets aware of that gift when she and her family move to Sunset Valley from Bridgeport.

She meets Rachel Ford, her neighbor, and Trevor Riley, the son of a famous scientist, and they support her and believe in her gift.

Her sister Natalie is sceptic in everything, while her mother Cynthia helps her and tells her about her grandmother.
