Vince Tsvirkunov is a Sim featured in Roaring Heights with wife and two daughters.

Biography

Vince appears in The Sims 3 in the town Roaring Heights, years before the events of Sunset Valley. He has a very good relationship with his daughter Eleanor. His wife and other daughter Genevra are less close however. He takes his daughter to sports games at the stadium, however his wife does not like to come.

He and his wife do not seem to be on good terms with each other. They're relationship is very low near the acquaintance level. He seems to have a better relationship with Eleanor then anyone else.

It is know later that when Elanor is a young teenager, he is drafted into World War 2 and dies fighting.
