Okay, this isn't really a discussion thread, but it's wiki-related nonetheless so I figured it fits best here.

I want to compile a list of guidelines/common practices/standards for new or inexperienced users to follow. By this I mean, a list of how The Sims Wiki works, what sets us apart from other wikis in how we operate, and so on. I'm talking about the little "quirks" that are a part of TSW that might not be apparent or familiar to outsiders or newbies, and not necessarily decisions we've reached by consensus (though those are useful too). So, I'd like help in accumulating a list of these such practices. Please add some to this list if you know of some I haven't added. - LostInRiverview talkblogcontribs 06:44, May 28, 2015 (UTC)

The list[edit source]

I'm closing this thread for now since it has been quiet for over two months and I don't want it cluttering up the list of recent discussions. If you have a common practice, feel free to violate our common practice and add it to the list! - LostInRiverview talkblogcontribs 01:26, August 14, 2015 (UTC)
