I got two questions, can you have features from two different expansion packs working at once?

Also, how do you play an expansion pack? Do you just upload it to your computer and put in the base game, or do you put in both disks at the same time?

Thanks, RaikuTalk 01:54, August 28, 2010 (UTC)

I guess I don't understand your first question. As for your second one, if you downloaded the expansion, once the download is complete, you have to enter setup and install it. If you're installing a TS3 expansion, you need to patch the game before you can install. If you have the expansion on a disk, then that disk has to be in the drive every time you play the game; not the base game disk.
Please try to clarify your first question, and I'll help you with that too. -- Patrick (LostInRiverview) (talk)(blog)(random page) 02:26, August 28, 2010 (UTC)
I mean, can you have a mummy from World Adventures with the Inventing skill from Ambitions, for example? RaikuTalk 02:30, August 28, 2010 (UTC)
I was trying to clarify the above comment^.-- Danny (Monster2821) (talk)(random page) 02:47, August 28, 2010 (UTC)
...What? RaikuTalk 02:50, August 28, 2010 (UTC)

what i'm saying is i was trying to see if the inventing skill made mummies and other stuff like that.-- Danny (Monster2821) (talk)(random page) 02:54, August 28, 2010 (UTC)

Here's another one. Can mummies from World Adventures ride the subway in Late Night? RaikuTalk 02:57, August 28, 2010 (UTC)

I think so but late night is yet to be released.-- Danny (Monster2821) (talk)(random page) 02:58, August 28, 2010 (UTC)

Features can "overlap" each other so yes, you can have a Mummy with Inventing and he can ride the Subway in Late Night too. Expansion packs generally add new features available to all your Sims. Duskey(talk) 08:08, August 28, 2010 (UTC)
