Help!!! I'm on level 9, and can't seem to get my Sims to be romantic. Every time I try, I get the bubble telling me to complete the quest from level 7 first. What am I doing wrong? I don't see a way to complete it.

Hello. Did you mean The Sims FreePlay and not FreeTime?
