                 University, Apartment Life and Seasons in TS3?

Is there any new on upcoming expansions after pets that are in production or at least post production? I know they have penthouses but its not the same as apartments because you dont get the whole neighbor concept. And for seasons i have read many forums in which people have been saying they want seasons for TS3. And what about university? The young adults still nedd to go to college! I also doubt that they would release an Apartment related EP, as apartments were included in The Sims 3: Late Night while (from what I heard) there are elements of university (but not as detailed as TS2) in The Sims 3: Generations.
