It occurred to me that we currently have a policy in place that makes it so fanon by permanently blocked users is deleted. But it has happened before and could likely happen again where a user receives a long-term but less-than-permanent block, but the rule in place doesn't describe what would happen to their fanon in that case. It would likely not be wise to keep fanon on the wiki for multiple years if the creator of the fanon is not able to manage it, so I think we should change the rule slightly. I'm suggesting that we change the wording to this:

• Users who have been permanently blocked must have all of their fanon deleted blocked indefinitely, or blocked for at least one year, will have their fanon deleted. If the user returns to the wiki after the block ends, they can request that the fanon be un-deleted.
