Frankie Fusilli is the father of Ara Fusilli. Frankie is featured in The Sims 2 for Gameboy Advance as a central character the player encounters multiple times. He is also the first antagonist in The Sims 2 for Nintendo DS, where he is trying to foil the player's plans to help Mayor Honest Jackson. After the player defeats him, Frankie becomes a regular guest at the hotel and can be moved in as a guest. His secret is that he prefers Thai food to Italian.

His appearance and secret are probably a reference to the American gangster Al Capone.

The Sims 2 (Nintendo DS)[edit | edit source]

Early on in the game, Frankie Fusilli will move into the hotel's pent house as a permanent guest. He will have quests for the player to complete (such as improving the hotel to 20%) that are required for progression. Unlike the other permanent guests, Frankie will call the player when he wants something, whereas with Ava Cadavra and Optimum Alfred, the player will need to talk to them. He will get arrested by Penelope Redd when she catches the player burying a mysteriously wiggling suitcase in the desert.

Jimmy "The" Neck is his second cousin, and the player will need to pay Frankie 1000 dollars in order to bring him from the Old Country to Strangetown.

The Sims 2 (GBA)[edit | edit source]

Frankie Fusilli is a mobster who lives in Strangetown. His house is right in front of yours and can usually be found at his shark tank inside of it. He appears as a "Featured" sim in the television introduction movie that plays before each episode alongside his daughter, Ara Fusilli, and token other Italian, Giuseppi Mezzoalto. He has a body guard in this game named Jimmy "The" Neck. He talks like a stereotypical mobster and is very protective of his daughter.

Frankie shows up in "It All Begins," assuming that the player is "Donnie 'Splinter' Shins" and will get mad that the player doesn't know who he is.

In "Buried by the Mob," Jimmy will tell the player to talk to Frankie in order to tell him about the briefcase. But, in order to gain his trust, he instructs you to cheer up his daughter. After doing that, Ara and the player will return to Frankie, and Frankie will tell the player that he's not necessarily surprised that Jimmy lost the briefcase, but it wasn't that important.

During "What Digs Beneath," Jimmy will say that he lost Frankie's microfiche.

He will want the player to deliver a black and white lava lamp to Luthor L. Bigbucks in "Blackout!" as the errand for the episode.

In "There was this Mummy," Kayleigh Wintercrest will give the player an irradiated couch to deliver to Frankie as the errand for the episode. He will say that the couch is a gift for an old enemy of his.

At the beginning of "Triassic Trouble," Jimmy will tell the player that Frankie wants to talk to them. Once the player talks to him, Frankie will tell the player that there are dinosaur bones hidden in Jebediah S, Jerky's ranch, and he wants the player to dig them up (and not get caught) so he can sell them. Once the player has the bones taken from them by Honest Jackson, the player will have to talk to Frankie again to tell him about Honest Jackson's intentions for them. Frankie Fusilli says that he knew that it had felt like a trap. At the end of the episode, the player will have to assemble the dinosaur bones and put them into the saloon. Frankie will call and tell the player to put them together incorrectly in order to give Honest Jackson a negative PR headline.

In "The Doomed Earth," Frankie Fusilli will threaten to kill the player and Luthor L. Bigbucks after he flirts with Ara Fusilli. The player will have to calm him down in order to escape. It is revealed that he is paying Tank Grunt to watch over his daughter for him.

Frankie is standing by Optimum Alfred's head in "It All Comes to an End."

And finally, in "A Very Special Reunion," the player has to pay Frankie 2000 simoleons in order to buy transportation for Ara, Giuseppi, and Kayleigh Wintercrest.
