Gabriella O'Hara is the wife of Ira O'Hara, the mother of Prudence O'Mackey, and the grandmother of Gabe O'Mackey and Jason Greenman. Not much is known about her since she is only mentioned in the family tree of her descendants.

Unlike most pre-deceased Sims, Gabriella died as an Adult, meaning that her death must have been unnatural. Exactly how she died is unknown. She is notable for her large mouth and big blue eyes.
