Although, it does count towards the achievement for 'Sims Helped' to 100% complete the game. Jasmine will sometimes have an extra Gold want appear after her first few wants are completed. The want was likely supposed to appear next in line, but takes up the fourth slot instead. Completing this secondary Gold want is not required for the 'Sims Helped' achievement.
